Understanding Fire Resistance Ratings (FRR)
Our products carry certified Fire Resistance Ratings (FRR) of up to 240/240/240 minutes. Each product is tested in accordance with AS1530.4 by IANZ-accredited, ISO17025-certified laboratories. This process reflects our unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
Fire testing measures product performance under simulated fire conditions to demonstrate real-world protection. Products are exposed to industrial furnaces exceeding 1200°C and assessed against three key criteria: Structural Adequacy, Integrity, and Insulation.

this refers to a loadbearing element’s ability to maintain stability and adequate loadbearing capacity

this refers to the ability of the tested material to resist the passage of flames and hot gasses from one space to another
